Refund Policy

Should you have a dispute, please call our office at (800) 600-1760 within 30 days of payment. If it is determined there was an error on our part, claims will be considered on a case-by-case basis to find a suitable solution.

It is our intention to keep our customers satisfied and Corporate Direct will make every effort to resolve disputes.

Refunds will be issued within five (5) business days.  All refunds will be processed using the original source of payment. Credit card payments will be refunded to the credit card used. Cash or check payments will be refunded by check.
